I was looking for a spa cover and I came across spa covers plus. The reason I chose them over everyone else is the ease of ordering my cover. I could call, fax, or even order it online. I wasn't sure what I was doing, so I gave them a call. I was surprised that a live human being answered the phone after being so used to talking to machines that every other company has. The representative gave me simple instructions on how to measure my cover and I quickly provided the measurements and my cover was on it's way. When I got the cover it was everything that I wanted. Excellent quality and it looked nice. When I need a new cover I would definitely go back to Spa Covers Plus.
