The Pharmaicist's voice was quite unpleasant. As was the clerk. I mentioned I went to WAG across the stret but they were closed. She stated: "well we are not WAG." I have written the state board of Rx but it seems a slow process. I feel I have been treated without digity ond resoect. Having forgotten I had Rxs filled at Rite Aid in San Diego, my health insurance (AETNA) was in the computer. The Pharmacist asked me, since I did not bring my AETNA card, would I be willing to pay outright. I declined, & left
