Called late friday morning (4/16/10) and had service by that afternoon (same day). Tech was very poilte and explained to me the repairs that needed to be completed and what they would cost. Also used a coupon I found in the phonebook which helped!! The basic charges were explained when I booked the call and they were prompt in letting me know when the tech was on his way. Also I asked and they stated they are a union shop with (after I called other local shops) pricing comparative and even in some cases lower than those that are not. I will use them again and have already booked a cleaning on my parent's a/c unit with them.
