We are the proud parents of 5 beautiful cats. When we moved from Hollywood to Ft Myers, we had the task of trying to find a vet on the west coast of Florida. Dr. Frank is more than a vet... he is more like family to us. So we had quite a daunting task ahead of us.
We found another feline practitioner in Ft Myers, but the bedside manner left much to be desired, and after losing one of our boys to cancer, we made the decision to just go back to Dr Frank.
We are so glad we did. The entire staff at Nine Lives cares deeply for our cats, and our peace of mind. We are never rushed, and we never leave with unanswered questions. Dr Frank spells it out so we understand what we are dealing with. When you have 5 cats to care for, you need someone that will look out for you, your cats, and your wallet! We have dealt with some major illnesses in our family, and Dr Frank and his staff go above and beyond. When our boy Eli was sick, and in the ER in Ft Myers... Dr Frank carried his files with him on the weekend, and made himself accessible to the ER vets for consultation. ON HIS DAYS OFF!!! Find me a vet that will do that anywhere!
People tell us we are crazy for driving 3 hours to the other coast for Dr Franks services... we tell them we'd be crazy not to.
