Love Dr. Lester and Susan, but they are ALWAYS running 15 minutes late...an inconvenience for sure. I'm contemplating going somewhere else where they value MY time. Also, the receptionist needs an attitude adjustment. She is not friendly or welcoming in any way, shape, or form. I've had friends who I've recommended coming to see Dr. Lester, but have been put off by the rudeness of the receptionist!
