MyMechanicSF is the only place I'll take my car...and I take the care of my car very very seriously. Here's why I love this place:
Centrally located in SOMA SF, professional and friendly front office folks who know how to answer and talk on the phone, thoroughly explains everything that was done in a way I understand (and I'm picky!), never tries to upsell me crap don't need or push a sale on me just to 'upsell,' I never feel overcharged, and my car always runs so much better after being worked on here. Plus they simply have more personality than all the other places I've taken my car to and that counts for a lot.
