I had a similar experience: my time was cut short but I don't wear a watch so I didn't notice it until I got to my car. And since it was a gift massage, I didn't feel OK complaining about it. It wasn't a very soothing experience (no music), and the massage oil smelled funny like it was rancid. I even asked the therapist about it but she said it was a hypoallergenic gel. It might have been but still distracting. It's been almost a year so I hope this spa has improved and/or gotten rid of the previous therapist. I'd hate someone to go through the same experience I did.
