I live in Clifton and had high hopes that Trummer's would be a great place I could take friends for a good meal. We decided to do the tasting menu and wow what a mistake! Out of the 5 courses only one was worth biting into. This was after we sat for nearly an hour with little attention from our smug waiter. I complained to the waiter who then sent over the owner -- who decided to get us drunk. He sent over the wine steward who paired each course of terrible food with wine. One of the courses was so bad my party and I couldn't even eat it. We arrived at 7:30 and didn't leave till close to 11pm. I really had such high hopes but they've all been dashed by the bad food and terrible service. I want my money back!!!
