I've been going since just before dec 2009. Out of 7 book and confirmed appts, they messed up 5 and i had to reschedule. At all 7 appts sitting in the lobby, I'm listening to others having the same problem as me.
my 7th and last messed up appt.. the manager stated she would call me, let me know what happen and book the appt then, offer me a free lash fill .. couldn't get me out of the lobby fast enough
well its been about 3 weeks and no call..what SHOCKER..
don't ever go there
