heres the deal... i'm a laid back person and let many things slide, i mean everybody has bad days ect... but after coming in for many different appointments (mainly massage) and spending plenty of my hard earned money to get the relaxation much needed... everytime, it was hard to get anyone to answer the phone to make the reservation had to call a few times, i felt like i knew their message recording by heart. while in a massage i could hear the owners in their back office laughing and talking bout somebody, when i mentioned it to the therapist during the service she said " thats the owners and they do that all the time". Another time the therapist acted as if she didnt want to be there, kept sighing and the massage was horrible... worst part was she only did 45 min!!! when i paid for one hour! i didnt say anything at the time i just wanted to get outta there. few months later trying to get a last min. appointment somewhere i gave in and called as a last resort requesting not to get the therapist i had last. when i found out the receptionist was the owner i took the oppurtunity to explain how i only received 45min when i paid for 60 the past time and thats really why i havnt been back, her response.... " sorry bout that you should let us know when that happens" what does she think i was doing!!
