Had a large dinner party planned in the heat of summer and, of course, the a/c quit working on a Saturday. R&W sent out a friendly tech right away and found the fan on the compressor had broken. The part had to be ordered but in the meantime they loaned us a window unit. R&W was extremely responsive, friendly, and reasonably priced. They have my business from now on.
