I called Glass Dr and it must have been after hours (5:30 pm) and I was told by an automated voice that all lines were busy and to remain on the line. So I did. Then after a few minutes of listening to the jingle my call was just ended. I then tried later (8:00 pm) same thing. I then went to the website and put in a request to be contacted, and big shock I was not contacted.
