I am a loyal customer of Allan Vigil Ford prior to current service received. I faithfully purchase tires paying $642.84and took my vehicle to your Morrow location for service to have tires mounted on my car on Thurs, Mar 11, 2010. Service representative called me stating my vehicle was ready upon arriving to pick up my car I was told my rim was bent on the inside which had to happen during tire replacement in your shop and I was never called prior to me arriving that this was a problem. Prior to me bring vehicle to your establishment I took my vehicle in a week ago to have the oil changed and it was put on a lift for inspection and I was told tires need to be replaced they were worn on inside at that time me nor service personal observed any damage or dent on either of my rims. I feel this happen when wheel was removed with machine. Your service personal did not offer any resolution to resolve this issue and that is unacceptable as a customer I feel I am being taken.
