This is a wonderful place. We were experiencing eliminating problems with one of our cats and everyone was incredibly helpful. They gave us tips, suggestions, names of behaviorists, etc. Even the lady who answered the phone was helpful. Unfortunately we had to remove the pet from our home due to this problem and once again the staff was helpful in recommending a safe solution in finding a home. The waiting area is beautiful, everyone is quite friendly. It's a bit expensive but with their high level of customer service and knowledge it's worth every penny!
