I am always willing  to pay top  dollar for a  great meal but Simms seems to have put all their talent into the decor and not the kitchen.   I have been three times and every time the vegetables were almost raw to the point it took a steak knife to cut into a carrot, the steaks came out cold but the plates were hot (don't understand that).  I hope they can pull it together and get some variety to their sides and menu - we hope to one day go back and be able to enjoy the atmosphere and the meal!
