I simply called them to see if I could use their services, and the receptionist, after I got a sentence and a half out explaining (I wanted to see if I could hire them to understand homeowner legalities), she cut me off and told me to go to the NC Lawyer Referral Service, without even hearing me. The reason I give this rating 2 stars instead of 1 is that I never even got to speak with an attorney, and the attorneys may be unaware that the receptionist is leading business away. Wow, they could have made money from me!
