hello i went toyour store in craig co and bought a throttle spring and wes one of your employees told me that if i needed help to put it on to come back and he will assist me . the next day i returned and another employee aproached me and ask if i needed help and i explained that my car was in full throtle and needed wes to help me to see what i did wrong and he ask the manager if that was ok and he replied we are not machanics so wes went out to help me any way i just wanted to say that i want to thank wes for being kind and not ignoring me and helped me so i wouldnt have an accident if i couldnt get my car to stop thank you wes but as for your manager i think he was very rude and acted like he could care less what happened very bad cutomer service thank you for your time
