I agree with the other reviewer that you don't get the cleanest haircut. I've seen Terry a few times now. She does a good enough job, but it's not the greatest haircut I've ever had. Most of the staff is nice but the front desk receptionist seems indifferent/cold. She kind of ruins the whole experience for me.
