Revisited the China Grill last weekend during a trip to Las Vegas. We tried the 'new" Sampling Menu. It's a little pricey at $72.00 per person but soooo worth it. The food again comes in family style servings. Way to much food to eat with a total of six dishes. \r

The sampling menu gave me the opportunity to try different dishes as I normally end up ordering the same thing most times. The Cesar Salad rocked. It has cashews and crisp won tons instead of croutons. It's my new favorite salad and going to make it for the next time I entertain!\r

I still love the China Grill. Kudos also to the lychee mojitos.
