Mr. Schuster was actually driving through our neighborhood after a thunderstorm last summer and saw my husband & I struggling with a Bradford that broke across my neighbors' driveway. He stopped to ask if he could help. A few minutes later, he was in our yard with a chainsaw helping us clean up the mess. What a great guy! Price was great, too.
