My first experience at this salon was not the best, however I e-mailed the owner afterwards expressing my disappointment, went in for a second appointment and had a GREAT experience. I was impressed by the salon's level of customer service - not only did the owner respond almost immediately to my e-mail, she also offered to re-do my hair at my convenience and even came in on a day off to do it. When I went in, she listened to my concerns, asked questions and then colored & cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I've been back once since then and will continue to return! My color is perfect, and I love the cut & style! They also use Kerastase products in the salon; they are the BEST!
