I should have read the reviews of this dealer before I went shopping for Toyota. Piercey Toyota's customer service is absolutely the worst I have experienced and this is not an issue with just 1 specific person/manager but their entire staff is ill-mannered and disrespectful to their customers. I was shocked by their behavior and rudeness and just decided to walk off after getting insulted twice in a week. The first experience I gave them benefit of doubt thinking maybe the sales person is too much under stress due to the recall, etc. but the following week-end I met with 2 other jack asses and same bahavior. I would NOT recommend anyone going to this dealer. On the other hand, my experience with the South Bay Honda (just adjacent) was absolutely amazing and I ended up buying Honda Odyssey last week.
