They you lure you into the service department with ""perks"" like a free shuttle and slick service area but then pad the bill by charging you to the nearest hour for any work done. If it takes them even 5 minutes to diagnose a problem you are charged for an hour of labor or @ $90. Then when they do the work a whole new hour is started. You are looking at a minimum of $200 plus the jacked up cost of parts for even the simplest fix. Their attitude is that they couldn't care less. Better off finding an independent mechanic who actually works for your return business.
