STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Purchased a vehicle from Platinum and thought I had found a great deal. The nightmare that followed in dealing with the owner and his wife was not one I ever care to experience again. After almost 2 months of attempting to get Robert to satisfy a due bill for repairs negotiated I had to threaten to take him to small claims court before he made good on the agreement. He tried to stick me with used damaged parts that looked like they had been stolen and finally I had to literally provide him with step by step instructions via email on where to provide me with parts and installation acceptable to even the most non detail oriented buyer. Even with this he still attempted every evasive technique to see if i would just go way and forget what was promised in writing by him at the time of sale. if all of this wasn't bad enough he even put my vehicle which I had paid for in full and held title to back on his website for sale telling me that he would just sell it and give me my money back instead of make good without any permission from me. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. My experience reaffirms the statement if it seems to good to be true it probably is!
