I have rented for many years, and Rathbun Realty was the best. They took care of issues when they needed to be done, and help me with my concerns. They made my life as a renter so much easier. I ended up buying a house a few years later, and when I left Tucson I had Rathbun Realty manage my home. They did a great job there as well. Either being a renter or an owner, I would always recommend Rathbun Realty.
