I went there because of their handholding mom and pop advertising. Three times I was given an appointment for tutoring, and three times was stood up with no call or e-mail. Next I had a service problem, andcalled the service desk who first told me not to worry about it, put me on hold and came back saying I probably had a virus and should bring it in for service. After calling my wireless company they walked me thru a few simple steps to remove an old user name that was left behind and causing the disturbing message that there were other users on there. Finally I left messages for the owner who was always with a client to call me back and again nothing. When I finally tutored myself enough to scrub the files, there were training classes and apple applications and a whole lot of memory taken up since may of last year. I bought it in February of this year. I think it was used. I have a three strikes and you're out policy, and was let down by sales, service, and management. The worst part is, they knew I was a first time buyer and I feel like a stupid widow who can't take care of herself or her money and believes everything people tell me. I feel stupid.
