I was quite unhappy with the service I recieved from the Geek Squad on my latest visit.\r I took a computer in to be checked out becuase it was running very slowly and I figured it had a virus.\r The amount they charged for the virus removal however, was incredulous!!\r I couldnt believe my ears when they told me the total.\r Okay okay, I figured. As long as my computer is fixed.\r \r They had it for nearly two weeks (TWO WEEKS!) and that was the last straw.\r I had to call and demand my computer be finished and available only for them to tell me that it'd been finished for four days already.\r How was this happening!?\r I wasnt informed by by the company that my computer was finished and ready to be picked up!!\r \r I was entiely unhappy with the service I'd recieved.\r Yes, they cleared the virus off of my computer, but it took too long and their rates werent acceptable.\r \r I told a coworker about my experience and he referred me to Secure Remote Support for all my future computer needs.\r I had them help me with some issues since and their work ethic is strong, their technicians are edcuated, their rates affordable and their work is quality.\r \r www.SecureRemoteSupport(dot-com) will get ALL my future business.
