I was extremely disappointed with this salon. Don't trust the ratings on this site! I am new to town and requested an experienced stylist who was also strong in color. I ended up with a uneven bob and horrible color that was washing out within a week. Also, the stylist used a flat iron on my hair while it was still damp! The staff stood around and gossiped and the entire salon was definitely not at the level that was expected in Scottsdale. I had to have my hair recut and colored within a week. I do not recommend this salon! As per the unprofessional response from the owner......I was looking for a good cut and color not a connection. My recommendation is to go to Moxie! So much more professional and much better stylists!
