I love how hard Jess, the owner/ head trainer pushes me. It's really the first place I've felt like I get what I pay for and can't wait to go back. I've been seeing Jess 2 or 3 times per week for 2 months and the results are dramatic. I highly recommend them for people who really need to make a change in their lifestyle and health. Not for the faint of heart or folks that don't like to sweat!
