unfortunately, you have some tensnts who are direspectful of properties, live in flfth/squalor, akin to third world conditions. some tenants do not understand treating property with respect. many on this board are probably moe aligned with that crowd and get angry when deposits are held for repairs due to tenant abuse. dwp is fine. some tenants are not fine.
