I am surprised that I haven't already reviewed Hong Kong Royal, it has been my favorite Chinese resturant for years. They are known for their dim sum, especially their shrimp and spinach dumplings.\r

I love that they make their dim sum to order on the weekdays. They have cart service on the weekends but I am usually able to go on week days and love that they make it to order for us.\r

It is BYOB which makes it a fun weekend evening place that doesn't bust the budget. It is a big space and nice for large groups because you can always find a spot.
