I have never experienced such great customer service until I went to Patricia hair extension salon. The time Vincent and Melinda took to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted.
I felt like my hair needed a new color approach. The appointment was a long one, longer than I expected. This is because I have never had a proper color consultation before. Patricia pulled out books of color swaths, hair samples, etc to get the base color and the highlights just right for me. After the color and cut she then showed me unique ways to blow dry my hair to give it more volume.
I absolutely love the color, highlights, and cut. One of my friends told me she loves the color and that it's the best she's ever seen it. Then she asked me where I went so that she could go there too.
