Steven and the rest of the staff are friendly. The palor is extemely clean and comfortable. I was given an estimated time and price before hand so knew what to expect. Steven is experienced and very gentle/light-handed. This is my second tattoo, but first with Phoenix. Overall the experience was great! Will def come back to these guys if i decide to get another! Will be promoting you all as well!!
