The cheapest possible materials have been used for this apartment complex, even though it is listed as ""luxury."" There cannot be one single natural material, including wood, in this place. There are no ""woods"" either, contrary to what the homepage says. I moved in here and found 32 different problems--including filthy toilet bowls, a refrigerator that would not close, broken cabinet doors falling off their hinges, no hot water, etc. etc. The apartment manager is the worst problem, though. I went to the manager, Teri, with a complaint about the apartment. She personally insulted me a number of times, told me there was no problem, and sent me away. I came back with the problem on paper and she did the same thing. Extremely unprofessional, and just an awful person in general. Why? Isn't $1,300 for a 2-bedroom unit deserving of--if not politeness--some basic humanity?
How did I end up here? I was moving in from out of town and rented the unit from a distance. DO NOT MOVE HERE, IT'S THE WORST MISTAKE YOU WILL EVER MAKE!!! And don't go to ""Webster Greens"" either, it's the same management. They are split between two apartment complexes. If you do move here, make sure your lawyer is good first.
