This builder loves to take advantage of people, especially first time home builders. Don't be fooled by his overly polite demeanor when you meet him because it will soon change as soon as you sign the contract. He treats your money and financing as if he is building a spec home. Every error made on your home is YOUR fault, not his. He goes through office personnel and building superintendents like water. There is a reason he can't keep anyone working for him! If you don't believe this review, go knock on every door in the subdivision he developed. It's Stone Creek off of FM 149 in Montgomery, Tx, approximately 2 miles south of FM 105. I would NEVER, EVER use this builder again!
