A positive experience from start to finish - - easy shopping/ordering, great price, fast shipping, and product quality that surpassed even my high standards. Think the level of quality you'd expect from a retailer like Restoration Hardware (better, actually!). I purchased 4 panels for the price I'd have paid for 1 panel at Resto. The drapes are gorgeous- - soft, heavy gauge taffeta with a weighty liner and thick insulating panel sandwiched between, beautifully crafted, they look stunning and do a wonderful job keeping out the northern NH cold. Perhaps the only glitch was that the enclosed product instructions referred to drape hooks, which were not included with my shipment -- but I didn't really need them anyway so not an issue.
