When I pulled up I was greeted immediately, directed as what was needed from me, escorted into the store to pay at my convenience, and five or six minutes later I was on my way back to work/running errands.
Pros: Convenient, friendly, fast, explained process when I asked!
Cons: Just lots of traffic on Roswell...but not their fault.
