I've been going to Tortilla press since moving here from Arizona in 06', and I know Mexican cuisine. Chef Mark has grabbed me by the palate and rendered my taste buds submissive to his brand of Mexican fare. The Pork Emolentas drizzled with chocolate sauce (OMG) or Pollo and Sweet potato burritos with homemade tomatillo salsa (come on man), I just can't describe the party going on in my mouth. With the reopening of the Pennsauken Cantina (Yea) and the new menu items that they feature, Mark has done it up right. High class eats on a working man budget. Oh yeah, Sunday brunch is the place to be after church......Thank you Mr. Smith, see ya next time I'm in town. Kayabob
