Had my tints done at total tints and ALL the windows had bubbles on them. I went back so they could fix them and they basically called me a liar and said that there were no bubbles on the windows. It was raining so the windows were wet and it made it a little hard to notice them while I was trying to point them out. They said that I can't be pleased so they took the tints off and gave me my money back. They didnt give me any real oppurtunity to show them what i was talking about. They didnt want to hear what I was saying. They felt like I was offending them by bringing the car in to get redone. Granted they have pretty good reviews and my car salesman actually referred them to me but it was apparant that they rushed the job on my car and they wouldn't take the time to correct it. The way I see it is if your tints come out good then you're golden but if you have any problems with their work then you're royally screwed because they will treat you like you're stupid and don't know what you're talking about. They may do good work but their customer service is nonexistant. I cant prove it but they might have slammed the crap out of my doors when they were taking the tints off. I heard a few loud thuds while waiting in the waiting room that sounded like car doors being slammed shut. Doors are good no damage or anything but I just can't help but wonder if it was my doors being slammed. Anyways I had a bad experience with them don't know if you will or not. I decided to take my car to MR. TINTS in East Windsor. They did 2 of my army buddies cars and they came out smooth as glass. No bubbles what so ever. Hopefully my experience with them will be alot better.
Pros: Across the street from Main st Pub.
Cons: No responsibilty for garbage work.
