I ordered my bridesmaid dress from this store.
2 months ago, a staff member took my measurements. Today, I picked up the dress and it was eight (8) sizes off. I didn't gain 100 pounds, nor did I grow 10 inches.
The manager stated that it is not their fault and that they cannot help me. (the wedding is in 8 weeks)
I now have to pay for the alteration myself, the cost of which exceeds the original price of the dress.
Avoid this business. They have become complacent and don't care about their customers.
Cons: screwed up, no customer service, take no responsibility
