Not content with the level of service I have received. Easytech has again rubbed me the wrong way. I've taken my computers to them for virus cleaning a few times and each time it's never an easy process. There are always delays and unexpected occurrences. You'd think that a corporate store like Staples would employee people who knew how to fix things right the first time. This last time was the final straw. They had a pc for over a week and still weren't complete with the service. i had to demand my machine back and take it elsewhere. In 2 days secure remote support had it back to me and working like new again. Easytech take notes because with the continued level of dis-service you're providing it won't be long before you won't have any customers at all.
