I had a little issue with transportation getting to my appointment so I was about 30 minutes late, but Angie was totally understanding! She managed to squeeze me in later even though her whole day was booked. This was my first wax, but it was an excellent experience (well, as excellent as getting the hair torn out of your nether regions can be...). The waxing process was barely painful at all and Angie was great about distracting me from any discomfort with conversation. The whole thing was done amazingly fast!
Pros: price, friendliness, speed, very little pain!
Cons: location is a little out of the way for public transit
