I am very pleased with the effort by your service staff to rectify the problem with my 2008 EOS. Wind noise through the drivers side window has been an ongoing irritation since I first purchased the vehicle. You had looked at it twice before and made an improvement but it still persisted. I brought it in most recen3tly to get it fixed "for good." You kept the car for over 2 weeks but its fixed! I especially appreciate being provided a loaner vehicle during the repairs. When it's time to replace the EOS, I will remember this fine customer service and will try to stay in the Jim Ellis family. Thanks to Lisa and the service staff for their hard work and follow-up.
