I have a golden retriever who is a very sweet and loving dog. I used this kennel 2 times before, just for an overnight stay. The most recent time I took her, I left her there for three days and was horrified by what I saw. I labeled and separated her food and asked them to feed her that. I asked them if it would be possible to give her a rawhide per day and two toys for her to play with. I also gave her 2 blankets for her cage. When I came to pick her up, 1 of the blankets was soaking wet as was her favorite toy. I asked why and they told me that they were in the play area and one of the other dogs must have peed on them. WHY were they in the play area?? They were her toys for her cage. Also, they only gave her one of the bags of food I prepared for her. I don't know what they fed her but she has had diarreah the past 2 days. She came home and was shaking, had dirt all over her face, and has not been herself since being there. Would not recommend.
