I just came back from The Fanatastic Sams in Tarpon Springs FL. Was a bad experience. I did the call ahead sign-in and was told a time to arrive. I got there at the time I was told, waited 15+ minutes before they looked me up in the computer, only to find out that they could not find me in the computer. They entered me, took 2 walkins that came in after I arrive and over 45 minutes later finally waited on me.
DO NOT USE THIS SALON!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: one nice employee
Cons: Rude management - does not honor call-ahead program
