These guys are great! I had a problem with a brand new pair of mountain bike clipless pedals that I bought at another shop. These guys negotiated with the pedal manufacturer to obtain a replacement part and loaned me a set of pedals to use while my pedals were being repaired. They were even patient with me when I got inappropriately bitchy one day about the delay in obtaining the part. They really went above and beyond what I would have expected. I'm taking all my business here.
