On 02/17 I ordered some hardwood by phone. I was promised that I will receive the items beginning of the following week. On 02/19 I received a phone message that the items were not in stock and would take approx. 2 weeks. I was asked if this is ok or if I want to cancel. On 02/19 I sent an email cancelling the order. On 02/23 I received confirmation that the funds will be put back on my CC. I checked my CC on 02/25 and the funds were NOT put back. So I sent another email requesting the return of the funds. The company only refunded 1795.66 (refund for floor minus transaction costs) of the 1823.22 originally charged. Upon my complaint Craig Hurst, the owner replied: "Think it through Axel. You chose to use a form of payment whereby the credit card co. charges for. I am not going into the negative because of that. Thank You," and "We pay about $150,000.00 a year in credit card fees. I am deeply concerned about that." The company charged the full amount although they even did not have the items in stock. This company is obviously defrauding customers. Pros: None anymore Cons: Fails to refund money for non delivered items more
