After reading the other reviews left by some tenants, I was almost wondering if we are talking about the same company! I live in a single family home that I rent from J. Butler Property Management in Danvers, MA. I've lived there for 2 years now with my son and since the day I moved in, they have been so nice!!!! Anything that I have ever needed, they take care of. I actually didn't realize that I had 24 hour maintenance available to me in an emergency until one Saturday when my hot water stopped working. They called me back within 10 minutes, and were at my house, replacing the water tank within 2 hours!!! I'm sorry, but I have not experienced any kind of rudeness or lack of maintenance.
