I like getting colonics at the change of each season. No matter where I've gone, everyone seems to administer them a little differently than the rest. Internal Harmony was clean, thoughtful and very discreet. I know what to expect, but I do remember the anxiety when I first started having them done. They do a good job at alleviating any embarassement or discomfort.
