Great dentist and staff! They are very professional and tailor to the individual’s needs while placing customer care as the top priority. In addition, they are very thorough (you fill out a questionnaire for the 1st visit about your treatment preferences) and will provide an extensive explanation of dental procedures as well as treatment options. The office offers a relaxed atmosphere and staff members are sensitive to patients with anxiety issues. I initially found Dynamic Smile Design after relocating and searching for a sedation dentist. Years of difficulty with becoming numb during dental work made me anxious and apprehensive about finding a new dentist. After researching online, leaving voice messages, and emailing various Orlando dentists…Dr. Puig’s office was the only one to respond (and promptly). I have a sales management background and it is an immediate deal breaker for me if a business does not properly respond to my inquiries within a reasonable amount of time. Not only did I get a quick response, I also received an initial appointment the following day and did not have to wait an exorbitant amount of time prior to my scheduled time.
